User and rights management
Classical rights management usually involves administrators granting rights to each user individually for different parts of the system, which the users are to access. If a further user is added, he receives his own rights. However, this procedure is prone to errors and above all requires a lot of work. If three editors are to be created all with the same rights, then the same working steps would have to be carried out three times.
In contrast, the onion.net rights management is group-based . The user administrator defines groups which reflect typical tasks of the system. He determines the rights for the groups. Subsequently, he allocates users one or more groups. The objects which a user may see, create, process or to delete, depends on the rights he possesses because of the group he belongs to. In this way onion.net ensures the highest data security !
