The onion.net client API serves as a basis for each information-centric application which uses the onion.net information server as a data source. All functions are available over this API which is supplied by the onion.net information server.

The client API is used in the onion.net editor for programmatic extensions. It can of course be integrated into own applications also. Networked communication takes place over the efficient .NET Remoting.
